Returns & exchanges

Due to hygiene concerns we do accepts returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final once your purchase is complete. Please ensure to review your order before completing your purchase.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases once your order is complete. Please ensure to review your order and ensure desire to purchase before completing transaction.

Damaged / faulty merchandise 

If upon receipt of your purchase an item is damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours via social media or thetancarteluk@outlook.com

Order Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed the next working after your purchase is complete. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Once processed your order will be dispatched with our courier which Royal Mail. You will receive an email confirming shipment. This email will include your order tracking information. Your tracking information will enable you to track your delivery's progress directly.

Delivery 

All order are sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked service and should arrive 1-2 after dispatch. Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to courier delays which are out of our control.

Once a tracking number has been issued and your order has been handed over to the courier it is then out of our hands and can tracked by yourself along its journey.

Lost Delivery's / Issues

If you believe your shipment is missing please contact us via social media or thetancarteluk@outlook.comand we will be happy to assist you. If your tracking information has not updated after 10 working days we will be happy to issue a replacement.
